In Situ Hybridization in zebra fish embryo. Yolk sac turns black after fixation.

I am performing In Situ Hybridization in zebra fish embryos and wonder why the yolk sac turns black after fixing them with 4% paraformaldehyde in PBS overnight at 4°C. I thought you could help me with this problem. I removed the chorions before fixation.
